In 2021 SyndicusOnline was founded with the ambition of becoming the leading platform for owner-syndics. Since 2025 SyndicusOnline has continued under the name OpenVME, with the same mission: to offer a user-friendly solution that allows you to manage your building yourself, easily and in accordance with the rules.
The team behind OpenVME has extensive experience in property management, accounting, and software development. We combine our expertise to provide you with all the tools and information you need to perform your tasks efficiently and effectively.
In 2024, Saas entrepreneur Dirk Gypen, acquired OpenVME and expanded the team.
With a larger team and renewed focus, we are now working on the further development of our services. Among other things, we are focusing on more efficient financial management and better communication within your VME.
